why does it seem ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to believe in yourself and just dont care what people think.. i dont understand. i've listened to anthonny robbins and a whole bunch of other stuff. =| it just doesn't work. i can't beleive i went from this much confidence """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
to this much confidence """ ...i just don't get it how do u beleive in urself again. i already tried to set small goals like keeping my room clean, doing other little stuff and it still doesn't effin work! =[[ *tears!!!!!!*

what should i do?
please help!?

I wish I could tell you how to be self-confident.
I don't feel like I'm actively self-confident, but I don't sense any lack of confidence either.
Really, I just don't think about it...
ever.
I've never listened/watched/read any self-help things either.
Maybe you're thinking about it too much.

Sounds like you've done a lot to try to feel better about yourself. Maybe try a counselor, just for a few sessions to help you work through this. Talking to a neutral third party really does help. Feel better soon.

Internalized messages from critics of the past are repressed and then resurface. Consider your significant others and the messages they send to you or sent to you in the past. Consider people who can form a positive support network, people you can share your insecurities with. "I'm not okay and you're not okay and that's okay" seems appropriate.
