First of all, let's be rational, you're not going to die from a decision, you just need to look at the bigger picture.
Second of all, try all 5, then you decide which one you like best. If time is allotted, in this case I am guessing, no.
These are not decisions, we can make for you, we can offer suggestions, but you have to follow your heart. Do some research on all, see what are the requirements, body types, rehearsals, something that requires hard work and dedication, etc..then see which best fits your liking and personality, most of all, these types of things may come more naturally to one person, and not the other. On the contrary, you can do anything you put your mind to, practice makes perfect.
Lastly, you're never stuck, you can always try something else, if you don't like it. But never give up without gienuinely trying first.
Good Luck.

jazz.
I'm so glad that jazz was the first dance class I ever took. It helps you learn the basics, and you really appreciate dance. I start taking hip hop after I had a few years of jazz down. Hip hop is something where, in order to be really good, you have to have "IT". It's something that can't be taught. You can always learn hip hop steps, but theres some people who are natural at it.
I love gymnastics, but you can get so many injuries. I sucked at bars and beam. I loved floor though. It just takes a ton of practice and effort.
Jazz is just really fun, and pretty. It makes you feel so good. It's easy to pick up, so you wont get discouraged. Plus, once you take some jazz classes, you can move on to other dances like modern, hip hop, etc.

It depends on how much you want to do and how many times a week.
If you are flexible, then maybe gymnastics or ballet is the choice for you. If you want to just do it for a laugh and want to have fun then maybe jazz or tap. Hip hop is very difficult (trust me I've had experience!) but it's very interesting and fun to learn.
So it depends what's best for you! Have a look at dance classes around you and see what your friends like too. That might help.
Good luck!

as a dancer, i'd have to say that you should do ballet. i'm not really sure what this is for, but most of your choices seem to be dance oriented. if you're going to do any dance and be serious about it you need to get the basics. ballet is the basis of every dance style. i wish that i knew this when i first started. i'm sure that my career would be alot further now. but if you're just looking for something fun to do then i'll say hip hop. oddly enough though if you do tap along with hip hop the tap will help you with the foot work in hip hop. but i'm very sure that you will have fun in hip hop if you get nothing else out of it.

Think for yourself. Choose what's best for you. You don't need anyone to choose for you. Take the one that interested you the most. If that class allows you to take others than what you're taking 1st, choose the next interesting one for you. I took Jazz and Ballet at the same time. Maybe choosing 2 makes you lose weight faster.

Hip-Hop is really fun, but being a dancer,if you have to choose only one.. I say to take Ballet thats what makes you strong in your dancing and where you work on your technique a lot, which will make taking other types such as jazz, lyrical, modern and etc easier to start up in and advance in.But the choice is yours as to what fits your personality most.

take the gymnastics and learn the hiphop online. bboy.org has free instructional videos, so use that and youtube. the gymnastics will give you the strength, flexibility and discipline andwith a lil hip hop, you'll be a natural bgirl. An impressive thing really considering that there are very few bgirls out there.

I dont want to sound like a jerk, but I have to ask...by gymnastics do you mean acro? Like in the same studio that the other classes are offered? Just be aware that acro means only floor work.
