I have quite a few of those, actually. I call them ZenJen days. People will usually ask me if something is wrong...nope, just reflecting or processing something.

Yeah I had one of those days before. I even find all my friends annoying on those days, and then someone says something very funny and get back in my regular mood. And that I'm having a great night.

I do and usually I try not to speak. Usually, I get that feeling so I will not embarrass myself by saying something I might regret. Glad you are OK!
