I have loved them since I was 15 years old. I am now 58. I saw them in their FIRST AMERICAN concert!!! I still have the ticket stub,program and a few photos. I was in the FOURTH ROW,CENTER!!!!! The ticket cost $ 4!!!
Here is a short clip of that incredible night. trust me.......we heard NO MUSIC AT ALL......the Beatles said later that they could not hear themselves. The clip has been enhanced.....crowd noise WAYYYYYYY down, music up.
I was screaming and crying so hard that my left eye was almost swollen shut!!!!!

Revolution and While My Guitar Gently Weeps are two of my all time favorite songs. Then it's everything else by the Beatles.

Yes, and anyone who doesn't like them hasn't been exposed to their full catalogue of music or has a closed mind. There's no disputing their talent, creativity, innovation and impact on popular music. Listen to 'A Day in the Life' (or one of hundreds of other great songs). That's all that needs to be said.

Add me to the love-fest. It took me until Rubber Soul, though, to really appreciate them. Didn't care much for "I want to hold your hand." I started liking them with "Paperback Writer" and " Baby you can drive my car."
