Two years ago...
I honked my horn and screamed out "SHE IS DEAD AND IN HELL!! HAHAHAHAHA" and sped away. They were clearly offended by that statement. I have no idea who's funeral it was.

Unfortunately, putting up with people like you is part of the price we pay for our freedoms.
They might be able to arrest you for disturbing the peace based on the volume of the sound, but not based on what you said. And I hope they do.

You seem a bit remorseful. Probably shouldn't do it again huh? But if I had seen that exact thing happen on a (fictional) TV show or something, I would have laughed my *** off (I'm a little ashamed to admit). In real life though, that's REALLY low.

It is possible if it is deemed that you are "disturbing the peace," in accordance with the statutory definition of such, in the jurisdiction in which you made the statements.

If you didn't know who's funeral was, how did you know it was a "she"?
And if she/he was "atheist", she/he wouldn't care, because she /he didn't believe in heaven or hell.
Arrested? Probably not, get your *** kicked if they got a hold of you? definitely.
Now, you should be commited to a mental institution, to keep you from trying to get your *** kicked

when it's your funeral hopefully they will just toss you in a dumpster and send you off to the dump where garbage like you belongs
