......honey dont let that COWARD scare you anymore, it is time to hold your head up high and not be afraid of another human being......notify the authorities, go to the hearing but not alone..any time he talks to you are threatens you try to tape every conversation....call your local abuse hotline and see if you can get some help or advice....if the police dont do anything, call the mayor of your cityand see what he or she can help come up with, cause im pretty sure that in your home state there are other women going through the same thing....and they don't know what to do either...abused women need to be heard and helped, and the abusers need to be dealt with

Go to the hearing...DO NOT NOT SHOW UP...and if he threatens you again then you tell the police then and there. Bring this up at the custody hearing.
Tell your attorney that he is making threats and call the police again and again until they listen. Ask for a no contact/protection order IMMEDIATELY!

Show up and let the Judge know immediately and dont back down. The police wont help because its basically hear say and its your word against his. So tomorrow may be your best bet but again its your word against his but unless youre ruled unfit for whatever reason, you will be awarded custody so it may just be best to say nothing but by all means be there

They cannot stop him from calling you. All he can do is threaten you so you will not go. You will be safe when you arrive in court with police all around. Court is the first step in getting a restraining order. Go and be strong he needs to be taught a lesson.

Tell your atty. Maybe there is someway you can go in after him and leave, escorted by police before him. Do you have a male that you could take with you?? You should not have to fear going to something as important as that. Best of luck.

don't back down from this man's threats, stand your ground, he is probably bluffing, and knows he can scare u. his motive here is to get u scared enough that u will give up.
