I have a lawsuit against a apartment complex, because my apartment was infested with roaches. Also, my apartment got really hot: over 90 degrees because of a unit, which sat on top of the building, that cooled the apartment, was also was used to heat the apartment. So the delay happened because they said that they where waiting for a part to be able to convert the unit to be able to cool, so I had to live in a very hot apartment where I could hardly sleep. Is there a certain kind of attorney that might be able to help me with this?
