There are a number of sites that people have listed, but they really won't give you any usefull information. The easiest thing to do is to contact a realestate agent and tell them that you are interested in selling your home. Have them do a revied of other properties and "comps"n your area. This will provide actual information without committing yourself for anything.

There are many sites that will claim to give you the value of your house. Most of these are considerably off from what your true value is worth. Many agents will also claim to give you the value of your house if you fill out a form online.
Truly there is no way to give an accurate value to a property without having a REALTOR come out to do an onsite Comparative Market Analysis. Two houses in the same neighborhood with very similar stats can have completely different values. If in doubt call a REALTOR.

Those sites will give you a value but the value can be way off. They seem to generalize values for the area and don't take into enough special details of the property.
Call a Realtor. Be honest and tell them you just want to know the value of your house (whether you are considering selling in the near future or not). They almost will always help you because you may refer them some business.

zillow.com
Typically, they will use the figures generated by your municipality's last reassessment. So, from there you can compare the price of a recent sale and compute the percentage of that sale that was in the zillow assessment.
Let's say your a house in your area sold for $110,000 but Zillow has it for $100,000 -- about ten per cent less.
You would then take YOUR Zillow price and add ten per cent to it.

Zillow.com, but I tried it, and It was off. But maybe it will give you an idea. You can also look at Realtor.com and see similar homes on the market. I am a Real Estate Broker.
Hope this helps.
