how do i stop emexus alerts on my sprint phone?

this voice mail and text message comes from a company and i cant stop it.i called sprint and they said they were going to stop it but they didn't. i called thousands of times.what the **** is going on?someone help!

This is grounds to get out of your contract. Use that for leverage with Sprint.

But I would also change your number.
