Any politician that introduces unconstitutional legislation would be tried for failure to uphold their oath of office and would be removed from office immediately. Their pay and access to any government official would be cut off while awaiting trial. This would also include any government employee acting in a manner inconsistent with the constitution, military, law enforcement, judicial, federal right down to local officials.
