If it was around the holidays he was probably just talking about crushed walnuts (as a garnish). However in the wider environment you've noticed an lot of soprano-pitch eunuchs gabbing about.....I think you're better of with spam & crackers.

After some consideration of the question, the food that is served in the hospital cafeteria I eat at almost everyday is referenced in even less flattering terms by the clinicians.

I'm always up for someplace new, if comparable to my favorite place, "Road Kill Cafe". Their Flat Rack of Rabbit is the best!
