Does America win the prize for having more sociopaths than any other country?

I can't imagine any other nation having more sociopathic wackos then the USA. Does everybody else agree with me? Let's hear it for our wackos!

I saw a fat, scuzzy pervert waiting by a bustop today where a bunch of kids were getting dropped off. I thought that he must stand there everyday to watch the kids get home from school before he goes back to his mom's house (he was, like, in his forties) and stares at the TV all day. I laughed to myself while I thought these things but it made me realize that we are living amongst so many schizophrenics that they have just become part of the everyday scenery that we accept as reality. Isn't there something wrong with us because of this? Every day we hear about horrific crimes and it barely shocks us. Most times we barely even pay attention when we hear about a kidnapping or a murder, we just accept it as a fact of life. Isn't there something wrong with us that we are numb to these kinds of things?

Every society has it wacko's ours just get noticed more; we hear more about our own thru news outlets. In other countries these people would be killed or left to rot in jails.
