All metals reflect light. It is a basic characteristic of metals, and it is a consequence of the electronic structure of metal atoms.

Also some non metals reflect light in a metalic way, like cristal iodine.

Most metals reflect light when in a mineral or a rock or even by itself which is why we have a whole section of mineralogy devoted to reflectivity.
