Well, there's a lot to it. He has broken the law, whitout a doubt it's been done but they just use the fact that he's commander in cheif to say that they don't apply to him, which I'm sorry, is wrong, no one is above the law. It's mostly political, no one wants to risk their position in the congress or house so they try to avoid making risky moves, plus it's so close to an election year that they don't want to give the GOP any ammo because they would turn it around on them and they're more interested in winning the election this coming year than getting him out now, because they would get 1 year there but they could possibly get 4 years in an election.

I would like to see them come home as well. Unfortunately, I don't think impeaching Bush is the best answer for the country, much as I dislike the man. The Clinton impeachment hearings for (by comparison) trivial "offenses" nearly tore the country in two; an impeachment at this point would be much more detrimental to the country in my opinon. Bush will be a lame duck president in less than 18 months; I think it's better to simply leave the fool where he is, and vote for someone who might actually be able to READ next time around.

Why would congress be afraid of George Bush? and I have a brother in the army and he knew perfectly well what he would be getting into when he joined up;I respect his decision. I love my brother and I'm extremely proud of what he is doing overseas. You should start thinking, instead of feeling.
