Very good question.
I would say from loved ones because they are your bloodkind, your kin.
Criticism from strangers isn't exactly wonderful ethier but since you don't know them directly you can easily ignore and forget what they said later on afterwards unless, it was really harsh.

My constructive criticism comes from friends and strangers. All so called loved ones do is ridicule.
I can handle criticism, but not ridicule.

Loved ones of course, they know me better and probably know what they're talking about. Strangers have no idea who I am or what I'm about so I really don't care.
