When I was 12 my uncle was looking after me wile mum went out. He ended up sucking my brests and pashing me, I did not do anything to stop it but I just went along with the flow. Is this abuse?

Yes, you shouldn't have been taking advantage of your uncle like that.
If you're actually serious, then yes, he was abusing you.
