Because we are a spoiled People, we are used to watching a television, clicking without even having to get up to change a channel. food isn't good unless it is fried at a burger joint, and no one has to walk anywhere. We have spoiled taste buds, spoiled ideas and high expectations . When these expectations are not met, we are upset, as things aren't right in our little world. Go back to 1931. There were folks sitting around at night warming themselves by a community camp fire, eating fruit from the local trees, going hungry, pooping outside, no doctors around every corner, no closet full of clothes, and what are some of them doing? Singing, playing guitar and telling jokes. And before the 30's, as I am told, these folks were busy working on farms, no time to sit around whining about life, someone had to go milk the cows, etc. No one knew it could get better...flushing toilets, remote controls, video games, frozen dinners, fresh fruit from around the world at the grocer.
Why does life suck? Becasue we suck at life.

Well, maybe yours does, but I don't think everyone feels that way... although I suspect everyone has at some time or another. Hope things turn around for you. That happened for me. A few years ago I would have agreed with you whole-heartedly. Hang in there. Things change, life gets better.
