if a parent has knowledge that their teen has no key, no car and no cell phone. yet they still lock the doors without leaving any way for the teen to get inside and the teen has absolutely nowhere to go. all of this in 90 degree weather.
I had to go through my bedroom window, and I got yelled at for that and he[my dad] made it so i couldn't do that anymore.
what do you think of this situation?

Definitely not child abuse. Maybe a bit inconsiderate but not abuse, and 90 degrees isnt a big deal. Perhaps it was an accident or they dont want you so that you can go home when nobody else is, or be able to have friends over unsupervised.
Talk to them about it.

not sure if it is abuse but neglect. most states, one is as bad as other. what are circumstances........home when parent says to be? ever have phone?........or taken away for "abusing" the privelidge? 90* is hot but many must deal with that regularly due to no air, no fan. most states have a a dept. of children and family services.check with them or local law authority.

Ask for a key. How the hell can your dad yell at you for that when you have no way to get in? Ask your dad what he expected you to do!

How old are you? Did they just forget or does this happen all the time? If it was a mistake, cut your parents a break. I doubt they did it intentionally.

not really... well its really really inconsiderate of them to do that to you.i think you need to ask them y they did that and ask for an alternative to get in your house i.e. keys, or hide a key under the mat
good Luck

That's child neglect, and should be reported. If I were you I'd find a friend to stay with.
