probably going to the parade. its also my son's 16th bday so...we will have a family get together :)

its a good day to remember those who fought and are fighting for freedom and our protection. its also a good day to remember all of the loved ones we have lost, and that we will forever miss. a trip to the cemetery is a nice ritual on memorial day weekend .

Memorial day is important to my family because my grandpa served in WW2. We always go to the cemetery and visit his grave, then watch the ceremony that the local fire station puts on, complete with 21 gun salute. Memorial day is a day to remember those that fought and respect their service, even if you don't agree with it/wars (which I don't). It is NOT the start of summer vacation, I hate when people say that.

it means a well deserved day off im so burnt out i cant wait for vacation i will prolly do nothing but catch up on some sleep. maybe got o a bbq

I'm having a yard sale with other neighbors on my block. But I will have my American Flag on display.

since my wife and I are retired..we don't celebrate most holidays as the parks are packed and so are the highways..we stay home ..to avoid the traffic...but that is cool with us
