Clean the carbs. It sounds like the jets are plugged. Best way is to remove, dis-assemble, and soak in solvent. Then blow compressed air through all ports and passages, re-assemble, install and adjust.

You are the smart_ss! The guy was only asking so he could assist you better.
I don't know how old you are, but maybe some manners would be in order.
Now...lecture over...you may also want to check to make sure no air is entering the boots leading from the carbs to the inlet manifold. If you have air leaks your mixture will be incorrect and it will bog as you describe.

On many bikes the reason they cut out under acceleration is the O-rings around the main jet is bad and needs to be replaced.

These guys sound like they're on the right track. You probably have some kind of debris in your carb. It's probably in your reservoir and plugs a jet when you give it some gas. Clean your carb and jets and you should be fine.

Yea...what they said!
Water in the gas.
Drain the carbs & fuel tank.
Just thought of something else:
Damaged throttle diaphram. Common problem with bikes over 10 years old.

I wonder if it's another problem entirely.
If it cuts off when you put it into gear, then it's the side stand. Make sure that's up. Some motorcycles won't let you put it into gear unless you're pulling the clutch lever, so:
sidestand is up.
you're pulling the clutch.

If its Carburetor, you are probably not warming it up enough or it may be adjusted too lean. Even Fuel injected can be adjusted too lean
