How do I clean a bubble wand?

When I first installed my bubble wand, it gave out lots of bubble streams. Now it's down to two or three bubble streams. I tried pulling it out last week to wipe it down with a cloth, but it still only gives out two or three streams. Does anybody know a good way to clean those things? It's about 18 (or 24) inches long.

The above is a link to something very similar to what I have (and if I had gone searching earlier, I would have found out how to fix them and saved myself five points, but oh well). I'll keep this question open in case anybody else has any other ideas or methods. Thanks to all!

Do not use soap and water, if its the fabric type use a pin to make new holes. they tend to get clogged up over time so the only solution is to make new holes or buy a new one.

i would suggest soap and water, but that would be kind of pointless, since that's exactly what a bubble is... well good luck with that
