First can I ask why the hell you ordered 10??
You should have known or looked up on the breed before ordering that many. You can have 1 male 1 female but never 10 males! It is called the Siamese Fighting Fish because of its behavior towards other males of the same species. You cannot keep two or more males in the same tank. If more than one male betta fish are placed in the same tank, they will fight until only one of them remains. They will flare out their gill covers and erect their fins showing the other fish their fighting posture.

There are ways to see this behaviour without introducing another male. One way is to use a small hand mirror and place it up against the tank glass so that the male betta may see his reflection. He will mistake his reflection as another male and the betta fighting posture should then be displayed.

You can get small betta tanks that come with dividers which will allow you to keep two bettas in the same tank.

5 gallon tank is too small for even one betta. You need to get a bigger tank, also separate them immediately. And that's pretty normal for them to fight, bettas are Siamese fighting fish, after all. If you haven't got a new tank yet, it's better to put them in jars temporarily. Make sure the jars you put them in is spacious, so they can swim around and stuff. But I don't know about your case, mate, you sound like you're in big trouble. Tanks are pricey, yet I'm not sure if you can have a separate tank for each of them all. Soon, have a research about a certain pet you want to have. :)

QUICK! You need to separate them or loss all your fish. Beta's are Siamese fighting fish. The males FIGHT TO THE DEATH!!! Didn't you read up on these fish before you got them? Hop on the internet after you have saved their lives and read up on the care of these fish. A 5 gallon tank is WAY to small for 10 of ANY fish! Petco has dividers you can use in the tank, but I think they are for 10 gallon tanks and larger. Put those fish in a glass if you have to and for heavens sake, treat the water first because the chlorine and chloramine will kill them by tomorrow. Good Luck. Now RUN save those fishes!

Everyone who bothered to answer this with advice is all the dumber. This is obviously a joke question intended to get a rise out of everyone. No one would be stupid enough to put 10 bettas together or to sell someone 10 betta without asking if they are going in different tanks.

study up on what you are getting the other name for them is chinese fighting fish they need to be kept seperate.
also a 5 gallon fishtank is to small for that many fish the average rule is 1 gallon per 1 inch of fish..
Although betta fish can stay in a small area
also if you want to breed form what I know is you need a 10 gallon tank for the male and femaleand after breeding often the female will kill the male and the female will kill her babes.

Ohhhh! Poor bettas! Mine fought in two separate tanks by hitting the glass and we had to move them. Sell the males or buy more tanks! Combined tanks with mesh nets work well too! Pooor fish they will all die!
