France. I think it may be time we have another revolution in this country. Thomas Jefferson thought it might be a good idea every once and a while. I think we might be nearing that point soon in this country. Let's throw all the bums out in Washington and elect men and women who will look after the country and not themselves.

most evidently France... but it also led to Haiti, and a whole bunch of South American revolutions, and many other failed (Congress of Vienna) European revolutions.

we revolted from the king because of taxes (sound familiar).
The French actually overthrew their king and killed the royalty and a lot of the Catholic Bishops for some stupid liberal notions of Freedom, equality, and the brotherhood of man.
