I use ONLY 'lavender soap' with 'shea butter' when I take my bath. During the day I wash using the 'dish soap' in the kitchen, or 'Jergen's Soap' in the bathroom ... but ONLY ON MY HANDS. I never put ANY soap on my face ... I just wash it with really hot water and a 'good wash rag' and rinse three times in 'progressively cooler water' to tone my pores ... I'm 56, and have fewer 'lines' on my face than most 40 year old women!

Hand soap: Carex. I have Eczema and this seems to be the best soap for my hands. I can't use bar soap because it makes my eczema go funny. Shower gel wise I just use whatever my mum buys!
