Only generic sheep shrink. Genuine grade sheep do not after being pre-washed.

because it's not the washer that shrinks your clothes it's the dryer .... so they would shrink after a hot rain in a wind storm I guess

Haven't you seen them tumbling down the hillsides after a good rain. They tumble dry.( Like not ) almost got it right and made me ponder deeper.

their wool gets matted so it does get tighter, but their actual skin and body do not shrink.
it would be cool if they did
