Detroit all the way. the city has more geographic structure, history, and culture. Atlanta is just a big fat hole with smoke (smog), a mega flying warehouse, and crappy The Worst Predictors.
Please choose between the two if it was a death anf life situation involving all of your family

Atlanta.... because Detroit is one DANGEROUS city...
Driving in ATL is a horror amongst horrors.. I agree... but that doesnt make the city.....

Detroit all the way, Mojo in the morning rocks. As well as WRIF with Drew & Mike, Detroit has the best coney dogs and Carmen Harlan and the Red Wings and the Fox Theater.
Not to forget Comerica Park and "MOTOWN". It gave the world Kid Rock and Madonna and Smokey and the 4 Tops and Marvin. And good old Henry Ford.......

I hope never to live in either but if I had to choose it would be Atlanta. I'm a southern girl and would freeze to death in Detroit.

the last time i was in Detroit, i came in from Windsor and it looked like someone had set off a bomb. the streets were all tore up and the neighborhood i lived in for 9 yrs was a hell hole of 2 story brick homes that had been destroyed by the tenants that had leased them.
Atlanta has only been seen from the airport,sorry
