I got the national dex but I can't seem to find it?!

No, Munclax is part of the fourth generation. You can't get him on firered or leafgreen, only on Diamond and Pearl. You can however, obtain him in Diamond and Pearl by breeding a snorlax with a ditto or by getting him on the honey trees (rare).

Um.. I don't see why answerer #3 has to call you stupid in anyway. Plus, for the specifics, Munchlax can also be "she". besides the point....
Munchlax can only be obtained Pokémon Diamond or Pearl (so far, given that there aren't any new releases after that), for Munchlax was introduced ONLY in the 4th generation, and since there's no way to trade your Munchlax over to FireRed, you can't get it in there.
