when you are 100% to have sex. you need to make sure it is with someone you care about and they care about you. also someone who is going to be gentle and not all about them. you shouldnt have any doubts cuz that means either you head or your heart isnt ok with what you are doing.

If you mean how far into a relationship, well not until you're both ready, obviously.
If you mean time of day, it's all good. Excellent way to start the day. Go on... have a lay before rolling out of bed and try to keep from grinning all day. Middle of the day an you feel like you're getting away with something. Before bed helps relax you and in the middle of the night it's all sleepy and beautiful.

for guys it is always as soon as they wake up because of the morning *****.
i like either mid morning when i have had breakfast and taken a shower and feel fresh and full of energy, or evening - when i have just gotten home.

in the am when u wake up. then again after breakfast. meet at lunch for a quickie- (work gets stressfull) then again when u get home, and after dinner then again before u go to sleep. and wake them up in the middle of the night by rubbing there,,,,,
