About my leased property in Indiana?

We have a house in Indiana and we gave it to some company to give it on rent to someone. We said it to be yearly but somehow that guy signed a 2 year contract with the tenants living there right now, What do I do ? Any suggestions....PLEASE

If you entered into a written agreement with the property manager, you need to check the terms of the agreement with him. If your agreement was verbal, and he was authorized to sign leases on your behalf, you are basically stuck keeping those tenants until their lease expires.
