I'm buying a Wii soon and I'm wondering what are some good overall games for the system that are really fun using the Wii remote. Also, my girlfriend is into playing Wii as well, but she's not into anything violent or FPS, any suggestions for her? Rayman?

Zelda is the perfect game 4 U 2, u get the fighting of people, and she gets the no gore what so ever.

I would recommend getting Zelda, Super Paper Mario, and Tony Hawk Downhill Jam. I would also get the Wii play game which comes with a free second wii remote. The games on Wii Play are fun mini games you and your girlfiend would enjoy and it comes with the remote! Wario Ware Smooth moves also has mini games that you two could play together. Mario Party 8 is also being released next tues (5/29) and looks to be a great game.

Rayman would be pretty good. Maybe some games that are based off of movies or T.V shows. Zelda twilight princess is a good overall game though. Wii Sports is a very good game with good overall gameplay with the wiimote.
