My son who is 16, has Down Syndrome. He is cognitively challenged, but still very much like most teenagers. He is into his PS2 games, loves action movies, can't wait to go see Spiderman 3 and Pirates 3. He complains about having to do homework. He loves to eat burgers and fries. He is active in Special Olympic sports, participating in softball, bowling, swimming, basketball, track and volleyball.

Reading, writing, movies, theatre (attending, not acting), hiking, out to dinner with friends and/or family...
