Go to beatport.com. Its like itunes, but just for techno. They sell songs individually or by the cd. You get to preview all teh songs before you buy.
You can look at their "top 100" list to see what 100 songs are currently the best sellers. This will give you a good idea of what the hottest tracks are right now.

I like the song Kiss DJ by Noize Suppresor..(I spelled that wrong...)
Also, S.S.S is really good
