This is a buffer

pH = pK + log [ClO- ] / [ HClO ]

Ka = 3.2 x 10^-8

pKa = 7.49

pH = 7.49 + log 0.75 / 0.50 = 7.67

You need the Ka of HClO, and then:

[H+] = Ka x 0.5/0.75.

Then take the negative log of [H+].
