They didn't decide to educate themselves, they picked up knowlegde, such as when you touch a hot lamp you realize its dangerous and hurts and so you have learnt not to touch it again. Common sense that has grown rapidly over a long time.

Even warriors have to learn. The more complex the society, the more long-range the goals, the more complex the tools, the more learning has to be done. But education as a separate activity become only possible as there was a food surplus, that permits the specialization of a guardian of knowledge, like a shaman/healer/priest. A successful hunter-gatherer society or the first agricultural societies could afford a specialized class of artisans, priests/astrologers, administrators and learned people. Especially writing systems of the Late Neolithic and Bronze Age had to be taught to administrators and court advisers, who were responsible for divination, tax collection and for stocking and distributing the food surplus.
"The original Mesopotamian writing system was initially derived from a system of clay tokens used to represent commodities. By the end of the 4th millennium BC, this had evolved into a method of keeping accounts, using a round-shaped stylus pressed into soft clay for recording numbers. This was gradually augmented with pictographic writing using a sharp stylus to indicate what was being counted."
"Writing was very important in maintaining the Egyptian empire, and literacy was concentrated among an educated elite of scribes. Only people from certain backgrounds were allowed to train to become scribes, in the service of temple, pharaonic, and military authorities. The hieroglyph system was always difficult to learn, but in later centuries was purposely made even more so, as this preserved the scribes' status."

"Schools have existed as far back as Greek times if not earlier (see Academy). The Byzantines were the first to establish a schooling system at a primary level. According to Traditions and Encounters, the founding of the primary education system began in 425 A.D. and "...military personnel usually had at least a primary education..."."

Binary options let users trade in currency pairs and stocks for various predetermined time-periods, minimal of which is 30 seconds. Executing trades is straightforward. The system uses user-friendly interfaces, which even an 8 years old kid, can operate without having to read any instructions. But winning trades is Not easy.
Binary trading is advertised as the only genuine system that lets users earn preposterous amounts of money in ridiculously short period of time. Advertisers try to implicate as if you can make $350 every 60 seconds; if it was true then binary trading would truly be an astonishing business.
However, does it make any sense? Can every trader make tons of money in binary trading? Who is actually paying all the money or the profit to traders?
The first challenge is finding a trustworthy binary broker; secondly, you need to find a binary trading strategy, which you can use to make profits consistently. Without an effective trading strategy, there is no way you can make money in this business.
Learning a profitable trading strategy is possible, You should watch this presentation video https://tr.im/16635
It's probably the best way to learn how to win with binary option

In order to allow peoples of a certain group leisure time in ancient societies, that community of peoples had to be able to support the village or town (the environment of habitation, basically) in a stable fashion.
This depended on many things, like good land for successful farming, and trade for not only an exchange of goods but also ideas. Plus, if a community is trading and traveling, their making money; this changes the class status of the environment.
With the change of classes, then you see the introduction of working class versus higher class. The higher class, men who use to be warriors, can hire others to fight for them. Thus leaving them the liberty to pursue knowledge.

One would have to go back to approximately 4-5,000 BC. The description of a civilization is partly defined by peoples who divide tasks among themselves, there is a noble class, a priestly class, a trade class and a working/farming class. Once this happens, education is required, on some level. One would, of course, be generally speaking of Mesopotamia although there are also good arguments for other areas as far away as Ireland and the pre-Celts and even into the Americas.
