I am renting a 4 bed 2 bath. One of the bath sinks doesn't work and the other bath shower doesn't work. Technically I'm renting a 4 bed 1 bath. Do I still owe all of my rent, or can I legally deduct some money due to me renting a 4 bed 2 bath and only having usage of 1 full bath?????

You can not deduct it legally. You need the landlord to pay for it now or be billed for the repairs. It sucks but that is the law.

If the situation is bad enough, and the landlord has been delaying repairs, you may want to speak to a lawyer. There is also something known as "rent escrow". Generally it is designed to cover situations that could threaten the life, health and safety of tenant. Since you still have the use of 1 full bath, it may not apply here. The best thing to do in the meantime, is to keep paying the full rent, until advised by a lawyer.

I understand your point of view, in a way. But you rent the house, not each room, and you are legally obliged to pay the full rent.

Maybe you can make a deal with the landlord, such that you call a plumber and pay for that and deduct the amount from the rent. But you should be sure you have the deal with the landlord, as landlords can get nasty about people doing things without consulting them.

If he won't fix it and won't take the cost of fixing it off your rent, you'll have to put up with it.

You still owe the rent. If you do not pay it then you can be kicked out. You can report the guy to whatever agency is responsible for renter's rights in your state. You can get a lawyer to help you out and get the landlord to get the repairs done. However, you have to keep paying the rent.

Pay the rent, but tell the landlord to fix the problem. If he doesn't in a reasonable amount of time, report it to the BBB and your state's district attorney.

yes, pay your rent payment and wait for them to fix the house or move out. You have to pay to full amount.
