Off the top of my head, you will need about 210 tiles.

11 tiles to cover the 22 feet by 19 tiles for the 37 feet. 19 * 11 = 209. This will give you some room for miss-cuts or things being out of square. If the tile you are using are not a special order tile, you can always take the extra back or save them to replace if one gets damaged.

A 4 square foot tile. WoW.

The bigger the tile, the harder to get the corners to match because of rocking. Unless you are laying over Durock.

Anyway, 204 tiles plus some for cuts. May buy 10 more than you need to start out with.

Rule of thumb is sq area plus 10% for breakages and cuts! Plus it is always a good idea to have a few spare once the job is done for future breakages or damages to the tiles on the floor! For floor tiles a 4-5mm gap for grouting! Roughly 75.7 square metres plus 10%. 84 sq metres should do the trick! 223 tiles would do the job!!!

Add 1/4 inch for grout lines and do the math. 2 ft tiles won't fit without cuts anyway, but you'll need a full piece and expect waste. You should also subtract from the perimeters by at least 1/4 inch.

11 full sheets with at least one cut back for the 22... TIMES 19 tiles for the 37 minus the waste/excess cut. Multiply those 2 numbers = 209 pieces plus at least 10 % for "oops".

22x37=814
814x.08=65.12 the 8% is waste, which you must account for or you WILL be going back to buy more.

814+65.12=879.12 round that up to the nearest full box, (since I doubt you will be buying it per tile).
