i've been trying to eat healthier but today i have been hungry 24/7. I've had some unhealthy things but some healthy things:

Life cereal w skim milk
Orange Juice
Soy Crisps
Granola Bar
An apple
An oatmeal raisin breakfast bar
A few fries
Half of a turkey & munster cheese sandwich
Small bagel with strawberry cream cheese

& Water

Is this WAYY too much eatting? && do you think im growing?

I am 5'5 and 98 pounds and 14 years old now.

Not enough protein. No wonder you're hungry. You're eating like a small hamster. You need to eat meat, eggs, complex carbs, whole grains, fresh fruit & vegetables.

No it's not too much eating. You'll keep growing until you're in your early 20's. If you're hungry find something with few calories but is filling like popcorn (15 calories for a cup) and drink a lot of water. It'll keep you feeling 'full'. However, don't ignore your body. If it's telling you it's hungry you may be getting ready for a growth spurt and need to keep your intake steady.

I am 33 and have been looking for anyone to date under #150. You have nothing to worry about. Do you have any older sisters, aunts, uncles that actually take care of themselves like you do and live in WI? Worry less about what you eat and more about exercising and having fun. Good luck!

Wow. You def weigh less than you need to. But thats okay. You are a teen and that is normal. Eat whatever you want but try to stay healthy. It is normal to eat more when you are growing.

good grief, what is it with pubescent girls? Honey, your weight is going to change alot over the next few years, you still have alot of growing to do. Eat healthy, be physically active, but stop obsessing about your weight.

wow..were the same body type. i hate the fact that im soo thin and want to gain 10 pounds. just eat and be happy. your still young and have freedom when it comes to food. enjoy!!

enjoy the good food now while your metabolism is so fast that you will quickly burn it off cause once you hit your 20's you will be packing it on. go eat something girl.
