Diaphram and intra-uterine device (IUD) are pretty common among women. A diaphram is a sort of condom for women, ad it is some kind of item placed inside your vagina to prevent pregnancy. An IUD is something that prevents transplantation of the fertilized egg, so ny fetus can develop. Check with your gyno for more information or how to get them installed. However, let me warn you upfront about their quality: my sister had both of her children while on different forms of nonhormonal birth control.

You can also try to abstain from intercourse during your ovulation period, which occurs about two weeks before your regular period. This is the time when your chances to get pregnant are highest. I hope that this helped and good luck!

some iuds, diaphram, today's sponge, pull and pray, family planning (ie; timing around ovulation) today sponge is available without a prescription, but i don't reccomend it unless your cervix is very easy to get too.
