because what better way to justify screwing people than with the belief, the illusion that they are really in charge... Believe me this country was bought and sold a long time ago, and that thing we do every 4 years... useless

There aren't any true democracies in the world yet. There are political systems that claim to be democracies, but closer inspection will reveal them to be something else, like a Capitalistic Republic, or an oligarchy, for example.
