If you are 20 and they are 10, then that would be kinda weird. If you are 30 and they are 20, then yes it's ok.

If both of you are still in school, it probably isn't workable, but at college level, it's not important, and by the time you're into your late 20s, it's nice to have. After 50, it's a blessing.

I was awesome friends with a woman I worked with at a previous job. I was in my early 20's and she was in her late 40's. It's all about common interests and common minds. You can make friends with people of any age.

Definitely! A friend does not have to be someone around your age. A friend will be a friend no matter how old they are. Age is just a number. How can you tell if they are your true friend, here are just a few qualities in a true friend: truthworthy, attentive, and loving.

Of course it is. When I was 13, my best friend was 24 years old. There's nothing wrong with it at all.
