hi there, are there any 31/2 ton tipper trucks that can leagally carry 2 tons
if so can anyone suggest the best type to aquire.

By their very nature, tippers are heavier than, say, a panel van or flatbed. Therefore, their payload is a lot lower.

You will struggle to find a 3.5 tonne tipper with a payload of more than 1.5 tonnes, I'm afraid. Most will carry between 1 and 1.3 tonnes.

From the point of view of overall cost/reliability look to buying from a European manufacturer..
