If its a desktop you can take off the side and look inside. You can also contact the manufacturer with the model number and they will tell you. If you want to install one with more wattage go to Pricewatch.com and order one online---I found a 650 watt power supply at their website with free shipping that only cost me $20. It was also easy to install. Just be careful you dont unplug all the conections until you are ready to plug them into the new power box--much easier to do it right this way.

You'll have to take the side off the PC for this, as its the only way to find out.
At the top at the box is the power supply - its a metal box which the power cord plugs into. Written somewhere on the side of this box is it's wattage

It is clearly printed on the plate on your power supply.
MY laptop supply is 19.5 V at 3.3 Amps and that is about 64 watts.

Read the little label on the back it probably says 200W or maybe 200VA. Computer need less power now yet PSU's get more powerful - weird!
