You can't, they're inadmissible since they are not reliable. Why isn't your dad's lawyer doing anything to disprove her testimony?

She says that the judge is "DUMBER THAN A SACK OF HAMMERS" but she is the one who asked the question "how do you get lie detecting machines liable in court?" I can only assume she meant to ask how to get a lie detector's results made admissable into the courtroom.
I dont think you can make the machine liable without video footage of him doing whatever it is you want it liable for or you have some good eye witnesses.

Additionally, lie detector test are completely flawed and without merit. I have taken and tricked 4 machines into incorrect results. I was able to get a "detector" to say that I was lying when I said yes to "Do you live in the United States?" They are very easy to manipulate.

Additionally, you dont know if she is lying and your dad is telling the truth. Parents dont always tell their kids the truth especially in situations like this.

The results of a lie detector test are no admissable in court. Depending on the court's orders your father may have to pay support until the other child turns 21 as long as he/she is still in school

Lie detector evidence is not amissable in court. If this is the U.S. your dad probably, or at least should have, paid his child support through the court system. If he did, then they have records of what he paid. If he didn't, and just handed her cash, THEN HE'S DUMBER THAN A SACK OF HAMMERS.

Lie-detectors are not admissible in court, because there is no way to prove it. Best thing to do, is keep the cancelled checks, or use Certified Bank Checks, and pay to get the copies from the bank, showing them being cancelled. Document everything, only way to live!!!!

Most of the time, lie detector tests are inadmissible as evidence because they are not very accurate.

You should take a vow of POVERTY now! You won't see anything that looks like justice in these courts!!! Those equal rights have been turned upside-down & now your father has the burden of proof not to mention the added EXPENSES. SORRY!!!

Sorry Miranda, its not your concern. It sounds like your parents need to handle that one.
