No............everywhere has snakes that are natural to that climate plus many that are escapees that are adjusting to a new habitat.
The Northern states have less venemous creatures than the southern or western states.

I live in the city and the first couple years we moved into our house we never saw a snake, which was cool with me, because I hate snakes! But after that, when we didn't get rain and it was dry out I would see snakes, I almost stepped on one last year going down the steps, the ones around here aren't poisinous, but that thing would not move, I went back on the deck and in the house. Alot of times I let the dogs out before me, figure if theres a snake out there they will scare it away for me>Yeah I know I'm a chicken ****.

Only the last two states-Alaska and Hawaii, are snake-free, though I would not be a bit surprised if a Garter or two doesn't make the southern part of Alaska home. You are less apt to encounter snakes in a large city, especially the further north you go, but it's no guarantee. Snakes are a vital part of our ecosystems; they are supposed to be here, and if it were not for them, the rodent populations would quickly escalate out of hand.

Alaska and Hawaii... actually, except for extreme southern alaska, the only cold blooded animal other than fish is one species of frog. Now, I wouldn't doubt that there's a few escaped pet snakes in Hawaii that are doing fine, but it gets too darn cold through most of Alaska for snakes to live there.
As to the Antarctica answer, Antarctica is the only continent with no snakes anywhere on it, there are plenty of areas in the world that are too cold for snakes to survive.

I doubt it. I live in the city, and still saw a garter snake on my porch last summer.

As far as the US is concerned I dont think there is any place that does not have snakes. They are part of our eco system.
