Where are you from? God knows we havent had any rain down here in Alabama. Find someone with a winch or a tractor if you are somewhere where they are plentiful. I'm sure I'll get some smart comment from a yankee for this one, but i assure you, i'll never stay stuck in the mud. Good Luck!

Unless you have a wireless laptop and in fact are "STUCK" now, I suspect you either figured it out, or want to get into some MUD and want to know ahead of time?
In some measure it depends on the depth and consistency of the mud certainly, and pre planning if possible if it happens to be a purposeful experiment.
Hopefully no one has been left hip deep or FLOOR board deep in Mud as you found a comp to type in,,,asking this Q?
Also hopefully this Q in no way relates to being in "deep doo." That would have to be an entirely different process

By driving. I don't get stuck, I know the limits of my vehicle, and don't exceed them.
I do enjoy pulling people out of the mud, which all I use is a 10,000LB winch capable of double lines which doubles its pulling capacity.
