neither...the face is skinny, like that of neo, but he had completely black hair and a badass attitude showing...the terminator was just freakin ripped, dressed in all black with a crew-cut and a look of "i will kill you, blow up your body, and then piss on the ashes" deal...
your avatar could stand for some plastic surgery

It looks like the termenator with the shades and dark jacket to look like him get a liitle darker.
