I know a good one for this question. Any man who strays away from his significant other must have sex with a female with some kind of embarassing STD such as genital warts. And if that happened to be mine, give him AIDs and I'll divorce his A S S!!

Most States have laws against it but they have never been enforced. With 1/2 of American adults cheating on their spouse, it is a matter for the civil courts. As the numbers are so high, there is no way they are going to waste precious resources on chasing them around! Total waste of money!

If it's a woman, bury her up to her neck and stone her to death. If it's a man, wag your finger at him and tell him he should stop doing that.

Oh, wait! I'm not a Muslim!

Scratch the above - I would never make a law regarding infidelity. It isn't a crime, even though it is a sin. But I don't confuse God's laws with Man's laws, as the followers of Allah do.

Infidelity is between the married couple and is not a place for the government. Keep your religious ideas of marriage to your f__cking self and leave the rest of us alone. Remember that part of the constitution that says Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion? Infidelity laws would respect a christian view of marriage. Swing away America, swing away.
