I'd probably not start a family.. but I'd stick around, be friends and we'd grow old and die.. taking the human race with us... how cruel would it be to bring children into the world that could only procreate threw incest.. .. no.. I'd let the Human race fade.

If the last man on earth was contemplating killing himself due to the looks of the last female on earth.... he'd be lucky if that female would want anything to do with him in the first place.
Even better... if that male were that shallow.. I'd have to laugh at his situation if he found himself alone on the earth with a lesbian.
