If not how many studio's do they have around the United States?

Most of the shows are indeed out of Bristol. I've been on the Sportscenter set, and the NFL set was a matter of feet from it. Obviously, the configuration changes depending on the studio situation.
Sports Reporters comes out of New York. Wilbon and Kornheiser work out of Washington. Cold Pizza was out of New York until the format and title were changed and everything was moved to Connecticut.
ESPN can set up remotes virtually everywhere, of course, and since it is owned by ABC it can "borrow" any of those facilities when needed.

no, they do not film ALL shows in Bristol. I don't know what is not filmed there or where it is filmed, but I know sportscenter, Baseball tonight, and most of the major shows are filmed there.
