hello dear, pms is that odd feelings of body, sudden pain in legs, back pains or head aches or cramps in the belly. relax and pms is natural.
generally girls get this 2 or 3 days before the periods. ok. so if it is pms, there is periods coming soon. ok . you can fight pms by relaxing. getting worked up worrying about it will only worsen the situation. drink lot of water or fresh juices and relax. distract your self by reading books or watching tv. ok

pms is pre menstral sydrome it shouldnt mean your gunna get your period, but i dont know all i can tell you is if u get white stuff then u gunna get it. Its not too bad anyway :)

YOU ARE STARTING YOUR PERIOD AND IF THIS FIRST TIME IT MAY HURT BECAUSE IT AT FIRST AND THEN IT WILL STAY ON ABOUT A WEEK. JUST REMEMBER YOU ARE A GIRL AND WE GO THROUGH A LOT AS WOMENS.

Yeah...everyone has different symptons though. I get dizzy and have cramps before my period starts.
